this song is superb..nevertheless the movie was great..one of the most classical love stories ever made.. sonu sood n esha's acting is mesmerizing..they make a great pair..totally the director is a great piece..thanks for the wonderful songs in the movie..an enjoyable n family entertaining movie..

why the hell would people give this movie a thumbs down.....its one of best movies in indian cinemas....not only did i absolutely adore this movie, i got to learn soo much from it....seriously, esha is such an inspiration!!

@Mishyka010180 shes happy because the girl is her sister -in-law. in the movie she started trouble and took away the brother to live a more modern life. this tore the family apart, and when they came back for the wedding the sister was soo happy and even happier because she was acting traditional and giving respect now rather than complaining about doing things that has been done fore years.. i hope that helped, if i confused you - im sorry =)

@LovelyA21 100% agree. It is because of this Western-wannabe mentality of most audience today that such beautiful movies don't work. This movie had a magic like the 90s when we had proper Indian stories in Indian movies.... today's movies (Except this one) are all Hollywood ripoffs with songs having 80% english words and baring "it all" everytime.

Make no mistake.. I am of this generation only but still LOVED this movie.

@Saffronwing1 I completely agree with you. Haha, I'm also of this generation, born, raised, and still currently live in the USA, but I still love movies like these. I feel like Indian movies should showcase Indian culture....not "hollywood" or 'western'. Obviously, if I wanted to see a movie with English in it, I could go down the street to a movie theater and watch it. I wish more bollywood movies would show true culture in their movies with that indian beauty, innocence, and modesty

@sweetluv322 Yes. I certainly hope that such movies come up all while such actors and actresses are there to portray such roles. Isha is just PERFECT as an actress, be it any role given to her. Her natural beauty meant that even in basic makeup like this movie she looked even prettier in simple Indian attires. Sonu was a great actor playing the role of a mature, understanding young man.

It is a pity that such a beautiful movie didn't top 2008 charts.

When i see movies now all i can think is "where the heck is the rest of that outfit?!" lol, i am also apart of this generation living in the U.S. But the whole western theme put into bollywood movies just does not appeal to me. I hope this is just a phase and the film industry catches itself and returns to its former glory of the hero saving his indian attired heroine all while dancing and singing to some sweet tunes! lol

i don't understand why this movie was declared a flop in india. One reason could have been the star cast but nevertheless, personally, I liked it very much and acting from sonu sood and esha was also great...nothing short of brilliance....A master piece of unique story line..! Just love it ..!!

@democracy1234 Star cast is not an issue.. Kaho na pyar hai also had zero star power but became an overnight hit making Hrithik a top actor. This was the most beautiful movie I saw post 2000 year. Isha was perfect, Sonu was amazing I don't know what do wannabe-Western people of this year want.

This movie was beautiful and I personally believe that it should have been one of the top grossers of the years.

@democracy1234 well said, this is the best movie i have seen from bollywood, it is kind of shock for me that it was declared a flop, now i really have some sort of doubt on indian movie critics if they give thums up to those crapy just waste of time movies good remarks, this is the movie you can watch with whole family without closing your eyes, love this movie all cast well done bravo keep it up
