  • I think Hisaishi-san is 50% responsible for making this wonderful feeling and the other 50% is for Miss Brightman :D

  • does anyone have its score???thanks!!!!

  • I wonder who the angel is: The composer or the performer.

It turned my sad mood into a wonderful feeling.

  • @hendriktoch

The composer, Hisaishi-san is 99% responsible for making this wonderful feeling. The 1% to make it perfect is up to the performer.

    This is my humble opinion.

  • Your opinion is 100% right.

Since I'm only a "consumer" of music, I try to make the connection with what the composer and the performer intend to transmit. And the experience of the auditor, of course, is strictly personal.

In this case, Hisaishi-san (thanks for giving me his name) and the pianist have touched my heart.

Based on that, I wanted to express both of them my respect and appreciation.

    Thanks for your response, TK1994

  • @TYK1994 that is not true. i play piano myself and i have heard many people who just ruined a piece by playing too fast. that is just one example how you can mess up.

so i would say it is the other way around, 99% is the work of the performer and how he puts feeling into the piece.

  • @shadowspsp The problem they ruined is lack of training and understanding of music and play with instrument of sub-standard or lack of quality. I believe digital piano except Yamaha Avant grand does not deliver the quality we can enjoy. Steinway is an example that Joe Hisaishi have always used for his performnce.

  • @proyb2 don't get me wrong, i enjoy music either way. it doesn't have to be played on a steinway to make it enjoyable. of course steinway's sound is amazing. The piano is only the tool, it's all up to the performer whether he makes it sound beautiful or awful. :)

man that makes me so angry that i am not able to play as well as i used to after my f*cking surgery :(

  • @shadowspsp Oh, sorry, I was agreeing that most of them are bad at playing include me as I learn too late, I still cannot get the maximum flexibility as I can type very perfect on my computer keyboard. I feel sympathy to know your problem but wish to know if you had self-leaning or through training?

  • @proyb2 I agree, but I would say that playing from the heart and spreading that feeling into the instrument is much more important than the actual quality of the instrument.

  • @FOBse7en There are quite a number of good pianist and player can express their emotion by their interpretation but only the good instrument, pieces and environment can make the magic.

  • Hisaishi is the composer and poerformer!

  • awesome! love this song.

  • Great music !!

  • awesome job!

  • OMG beautiful!
