Boxers tend to get lose their ability to take a punch after being hit in the head that many times. As far as a combination goes, it was pretty basic and he didn't keep his right hand on his chin which is why he copped a left hook while he threw that cross. On the other hand, he stepped into it well. He put his weight behind it well, and often its simplicity thats going to win you the fight.

Another classic punch I like is the right uppercut which is great against bigger blokes. You get in close, then explode upwards with a pile driver from the floor directly under the opponent's chin. You see his neck snap backwards like it's on a hinge and he hits the canvas. Game over.

Some confusion here. This is a two-punch combination. The first punch, the left jab - unless you're a southpaw - is basically just to confuse your opponent. It doesn't have to carry any power as such. The real damage comes from the subsequent right cross, which you throw before the opponent has the chance to recover his composure from the left jab. It's a very basic yet satisfying combination to throw - if you can get the timing right.

the oke in black clearly has not learnt how to counter a leading punch. Ive always bee trained to expect a follow up because you're not always gunna get a lear counter fro a jab ESPECIALLY if you're moving inside the firing line. Better luck next time
