The great thing about being young these days, you don' t have to wait for the good (old) music to come out like we did, and hope they might play it on the radio (AM was it then in most areas then) or it had enough good stuff on it to warrant buying the LP or tape (I preferred 8 tracks over the flimsy, flip it, cassettes). or 45RPM. And you did not have to worry about all the crap then, like being drafted possibly.
This is a really worthwhile compilation to get, in my opinion I got it recently, and whenever I put it on I suddenly get a surge of energy. Even my young kids are crazy about it. My 8 year old daughter shakes her head and says, "This music is so great!" But this song is the highlight for me. Absolute treasure. This music was somehow commanded into being. I usually try to plug my channel on my comments, but there's not much Latin vibe there, except for the emotion. Good raw blues, though
