Wow. Scary stuff. If he would have kept his nose in the wind until the rear gear was on the deck instead of correcting while still in the air he might have made that. That crosswind was horrendous. Great recovery. Thank God there was no heavy damage to the wing and he did get down safe.
the pilot was....a very good one..he knew he can not land and he went around!!!
other pilots would still try to land from the first attempt

It was something like 120km/h crosswind gusts due to a recent hurricane(Emma?). The plane landed successfully 15min later despite damage to the wing.
