to FOXhound009 thats quite easy. While charging do a focus and dash forward ( double tap forward ) then tap back forward and KKK. It works trust me. I did not think it was possible until i did it.

Charge back, forward+PPP, back, forward+PPP is probably the easiest way to do it. So basically just input the regular Ultra motion, but during the first forward input, hit all the punches. Otherwise you have to kara the third punch button, which is fairly difficult for intermediate players.

sagat is a lot harder to use the ken or ryu becuase of his chains. He's the best char because he doesnt have any bad matchups, not because he is overpowering.

Disagree completely. I find that since Sagat has less chains and more powerful blows by far he is much easier to use because you don't have to rely on combinations to output good damage with him. He is a bit overpowering and tends to give the less skilled a bit of an advantage against almost all other chars. And for the record i prefer fighting Sagat users cus it keeps you on your toes far more than anyone else

not true, you do have to rely on combinations to do good damage for example, lk,lk,lp, tu is extremely difficult to do in a tournament setting. The timing for sagat chains  are head and shoulders more difficult to perform than ken or ryu's. If you don't believe me go to practice mode before you give an opinion. With ken lp, lp, lp, srk is so much easier to do than sagats bnb. If you don't agree than you're an idiot. period.

Joe is considered to be the best viper. Don't use an uber player using a low tier character as a way to say sagat ain't super powered. Viper is very nasty, but she doesn't become real dangerous until the player using her becomes uber. Sagat is top tier even when two scrubs are playing.
