She sings words in Italian language in this, I can say it, pronounciation is often wrong, however I wonder from where she took the Italian lyrics. Maybe the original lyrics are italian? Who knows?
Very good slideshow!!! ^^ love origa and dragons too! I will tell you a place where you can find a awesome draw of dragons, its in the site of Tood Lockwood, just put his name and you will find. HE IS A HUGE DRAWER! I'm fan of his! hehehe.. just try it! ^^
uh sorry, i'm wrong, these are two verses from the Canzoniere (or Rerum Vulgarium Fragmenta as the original Latin name) of Francesco Petrarca, Petrarca was an Italian medieval poet from Florence (i live near florence and i didnt recognise Petrarca's words, what a shame).It is very strange to find Petrarca's words in a japanese song
someone tell me all the songs by Origa and their albums and tracks pleeze...i need the info so that once i record the song in mp3 form i can stick it on my ipod...
way too many songs to stick into one reply (or even two or three), so I will refer you to the origa page on wikilyrics. i don't think it has absolutely everything, but it's the best out there.
Dragons are ancient mythical creatures. there are many legends and a lot of mystique about them. they are lovely and can be either mighty and terrifying or gentle and sweet. they go with the songs, I think.
(its all about opinion, and there's no good reason to criticize in a rude manner)
aahh to have such a beautiful song in tribute to us dragons is such a nice thing. Oh and please don't reply about what I've said in here I don't care if you think i'm crazy
I love dragons, the song is beautiful... YAY! But does anyone know the name of the song that's by Origa with a guest singer in it? Another person sings in it, and I heard it, but I can't find it anywhere! T_T It was beautiful (all her songs are), but I can't find it!

@TekMaramao I thought some of it was in latin O.o
IceSpiritS9 3 months ago
@IceSpiritS9 No, it's Italian, my language, I can say that.
In first strophe I understand she sings:
"Mesti eroi dolci ritorni in indietro ma pur di male in peggio quel che avanza".
It doesn't makes much sense, however translation is this: "Sad heroes, sweet returning back, but even from bad to worse, what is left".
In second strophe she sings: "E il bivio forse è già passato".
Translaltion: "And maybe the crossroads have already passed"
Third and fourth strophe are as first one

How do you pronounce Origa's name. I always tell people about her but I am afraid I am saying her name wrong. Someone please clarify. Thanks.
PersianButtons 1 year ago
@PersianButtons
It's pronounced "Olga"
I know, I know... "What about the 'ri' in there?"
Well, japanese people suck at pronouncing "L"s, there you go. She's russian, it's Olga.
Grokahl 1 year ago
@Grokahl oh cool, thanks. I was saying it "Oreega." "Olga" makes more sense.

Ne spero i dolci di tornin'indietro
Ma pur di male in peggio quel ch'avanza
I have been so lucky,
Strengthen me, my one desire
With her graceful beauty
Light and power - Tersicore!
Ne spero i dolci di tornin'indietro
Ma pur di male in peggio quel ch'avanza;
Et di mio corso ho già passato il mezo.

Il nome viene dal greco τερπέω ("mi piace") e χoρός ("danza").
Tersicore is Greek goddess.
