  • white fibers = fast twitch

    Red fibers = slow twitch

    fast twitch fibers are 30% bigger than slow twitch

    If you work your fast twitch fibers out you will gain massive size compared to building slow twitch fibers.

    How do you build fast twitch? by using EXPLOSIVE movements with heavy wieght.

  • when i did these i found more of burn in my arms than anything (a little in the upper chest as well however).

    my elbows were in line with my shoulder. might i be doing these incorrectly

  • Nah, you've just got more strength in one place than the other, leading to the burn in your arms coming first. As you get caught up with your chest, it'll be more of an over all workout, I believe.
