Hey, I got a couple of questions.

Was this before or after the fortification success rate update?

And is there a big difference between Grade A and B. Which one is better in the long run?

It was done the same day it was posted. So was after the confirmed nerfed rates.

And for now, grade B seems "better" if you're going above +10. But that's from mostly personal experience, and I've been using primarily B's since even before the nerfed rates.
