just found this article talking about Antony Flew. he was an atheist for most of his life, then at age 81 he claims that the only explanation for the most recent scientific findings is a super-intelligence. not trying to start some sort of debate on this. i'm just reinforcing my point that the views within the scientific community are largely varied at certain respects. look him up on google and read up his credentials yourself. have a good one.
and to add, i don't think quoting dawkins really helps your argument there. dawkins is a well-known advocate of atheism. that's like asking a pastor if God exists. you already expect an affirmative from him. i'm more inclined to believe an argument exposing the fallacies of an institiution from an unbiased commentator who does not really side with anybody and knows what he's talking about, or multiple arguments from both sides.

so one needs to re-examine the origin of his beliefs from time to time. with all the recent criticism of the new testament and its origins, i have not encountered one that disproves the messianic prophecies of the old testament. for example: the messiah will be born in bethlehem, he will ride a donkey on/to jerusalem, and much more than i can name on the top of my head right now. youtube comments allows very little to be said for an academic discussion, so you best do research yourself.
btw, i asked you to read actual christian literature so that you can understand where we are coming from. it's an easy mistake to make, but making initial judgments without hearing the arguments, the claims, the EVIDENCEs of the other side makes you a partial judge, and an unworthy commentator on the issue at hand. if you really want to disprove religion, do the research yourself. learn everything there is to learn, THEN decide.

He was an unwilling helper to Jesus. I think it says much of us. How even though sometimes we do what Jesus asks us to do, we do it with a horrible attitude. In doing that, Jesus is the one loving alone.

I don't see it so much "emo" as just REAL. Not sure I would describe this as a gospel song...I mean it is sharing the gospel, but it's not in the gospel genre, IMO. Just love this song so much!!!

I think that the words speak of those that need Christ's touch at times when they can only hope and pray that He would hear their cry to draw near. Even just close enough to touch His robe.... a reach of faith....when strength is gone.... when hope is ebbing....

nice song! indeed!... loving in 1 direction is hard and most of us could not just stand to be martyr. we should share love to 1 another. in order for us to be effective as a person. and just like God, He wants also to be loved in return... He just wants you to grab his robe... by showing love to 1 another.

I think Caedmon's Call intends it to be somewhat positive actually; though they're feeling down and overwhelmed by the needs of those drowning around them, they call out for God's help.
Perhaps "emo-tional," but not black-lipstick depressing :)

First of all, it ain't very nice to categorize people based on how they dress. Secondly, depressed pictures work for a depressing song. Even though there's hope, this song establishes that it's sad from the first line.

I've beeen always amazed by boybands singing gospel or any songs with christian themes, it's beautiful and I'm glad these singing groups continue touching many hearts through their music.

The last line of the chorus is actually "swing your robe down low". It refers to the woman who was healed by Jesus, just by touching His robe. The song is a cry for Jesus to come close! Awesome song...thanks for posting!
