yes thats what they say.. but u wont find drugs on the corner of the street . when i was in melbourne i was a high school student so i dress in student uniform n they even come to me n try to sell heroin ( no joke ) all the time especially in boxhill.. i lived in elizabeth street i never bought those tough drug but i enjoyed pot while i was there. :)
