Rent is pretty expensive in PA as well.

It's $740 for a 2 bedroom 1 floor place at my old apartment but we bought a house for $149,900 and the mortgage is like $900 but my mom got some program so she only has to pay like $780 or something. But once I get a full time job I'm required to pay $300 even if she doesn't want me to. :(
