i agree i had to exchange for another new mic then it was fine,so basically not all mics work well and really weren't checked properly before being released on the market

I got mine lastnight... I fucking love it..!! i tought that thing that goes around the ear was going to be uncomfortable but it isn't... After like 3 minutes I don't even feel it.. Sound is a little better then the first wireless headset.. I can't comment on the blutooth aspect of it since my phone is broken right now.. :( .. You just got a fked up one.. Can't you return it..?? If shit doesn't work return it quick.!! No point in dealing with defective electronics.. :)

Is anyone having the issue where it connects but others cannot hear me and I don't record? Brand new for Christmas and mic won't work on xbox setting, but bluetooth mic works for calls..please help, very frustrated!
