@jacob95ism you've gotta pedal the front of the bike up until it feels like youre gonna fall back ,then use the back brake, then you get the balance point, make sure your kicking pedal is about 45 degrees, then kick forward before the front of the bike drops, this will propel you forward.

im new to this, i didnt think i'd ever do it, but i learnt in half an hour yesterday, and then i was doing them brakeless up kerbs. hope this helps :)
