I have a yz125 I cracked the crankcase by where the drain bolt is.I have everything disconnected and I just need the bolt by the swing arm but I cant find out how to remove it please help!!?
this is a great series for any motocross enthusiast. i will probably never do this to a bike, but it satisfies my curiosity about how the entire bike is connected and operates. thanks!
hay bud i just bought a 2003 yz 250f and their are 2 wires by my carb it has a plug on the end of course ,but i don't know what it is for or where it goes u got any ideas?
@MrBaker229 Near the left side of the frame? if so, it goes into the ECU.. It could also be the neutral switch which is not needed. Search my vids for "Neutral Switch"
you should always clean the motorcycle thoroughly before ever doing any enine servicing... i know the guy that had the bike before you didn't wash it but you should have at least pressure cleaned it before starting a job like this. all kinds of sand and mud probably got down in your crank case.
@Johnnysshop i NEED to that part i have an OLD 4wheeler and the engine needs to be rebilt i have done a bunch of top ends but i have never done the bottem end so i will be waching for that one =DDD
@ils360 Previous owner missed a keeper when installing the valves so the valve bucket (lifter) cut into part of the head and shattered. Head it getting reworked at the shop now. I'm tearing it down to check the crank and all the bearings.

@jmcact Normally I would but I was ripping the entire bike down anyway. I knew I would be replacing all the bearings, head work, etc...

You're deep into the stage of observing the previous owners maintenance om missions.
