Ladyrosie, thank you very muxh for this recipe. I am a Spanish male, and normally I don't cook, but my wife had to leave for a few days and that forced me (in the good way) to start doing my part to feed my daugthers with something else than Mcdonald's or Pizza. Love the recipe you have I use same but I grind the sausage up and add the them with ground meat together as a mixed meat combo work great I have a meat grinder so comes out like ground meat mixer but same thing and add lil kick with cayenne pepper in mix and sweet peppers

thats how i make mine too...i grind my meats together at the butchers. Most people don't go to the butchers but their meat mixing suggestions are off the chain!
