feel the aura of the body, as if i were in the same location as the person. i could feel problems, and see problems, in the vague area in front of me. i could tell when it was a baby, old man, or someone bedbound, or just injured, or whatever as well.

unusual issues would show up to my eyes, whether eyes closed or not, in the space in front of me, person shaped, and the more i was correct when describing them, the more confidence grew, making it easier

helps. it's a combination of working at it with serious dedication, but approaching it lightly, relaxed, almost like dreaming, or pretending, that makes it what i call lucid play. saying what i'd see to the person holding the cards, who could then check for accuracy, i'd just keep practicing until i got it right time after time, regularly.

yes, as per the comments, the yellow is a lamp. my overall aura color is a violet/lavender shade. however, within that can be many levels people tune into, of different colors.

when i was 13, to answer the question, i didn't generally see aura colors. i saw auric content as it related primarily to health, as that's what i trained with working one case after another, as they call it. just knowing it's possible, having a positive expectation, but not being attached to results being right
