It's a custom made Tele for me, from a shop owner I know.

It had a similar set up to one of Matt Bellamy's guitars: A P90 in the neck and a Rio Grande Crunchbox humbucker in the bridge

Nice playing mate, love the bloopers too. Hehe :) It's certainly a tricky riff, it's one of those that you think you've nailed 100%, but you try it again the next day and it's screwup after screwup.
