A Birdie is 1 under par, an Eagle is 2 under par, an Albatross is 3 under par, a Condor is 4 under par.

If you get a hole-in-one on a 3-par course, that counts as an Eagle. If you get a hole-in-one on a 4-par course, that's an albatross, therefore, you can't say either is better, in general, however a hole-in-one with a par of 5 or higher would be better than an albatross.

That's what Albatross is. You need to hit 2 times in order to reach the hole. I'll have to try in "We Love Golf", too. I got Birdie (very common) and some Eagles.
