I think that people are just fascinated by her arms. (Which, by the way, if you've never seen in detail you are lucky, as they are disgusting. Like 3 month old KFC chicken strips which have been thrown to the streets and savaged by stray dogs and rats. It's true.)
If you watch that whole interview it's funny how Madonna is playing up to be the most innocent person in the world and in the end of this video she's prancing about in god knows what. I have nothing against Madonna but at least Courtney is real.

The actress started hanging around in late '84 wanting a part in Kurt's brainchild Sid & Nancy.
