The Portal Storm and bridge collapse at 1:45 was to be in Episode 2, but it seem Valve reworked that section and cut out the bridge collapse and Alyx's fall. Instead, that is now the teetering bridge from Episode 2, the same place you find the car, although I wouldn't be surprized if they reused the bridge collapse at one point in Episode 3. Could make for a great intense escape, like the railway bridge in Highway 17 from Half Life 2, only this time the bridge is slowly collapsing, lol.
