I love the way you present your vids. I would like to know what camera and recording/editing system you use. The way you show the work area and not bounce allover the place is perfect. Do you record voice at the time you make the dish or dub it in later?
So many questions and so little time.
I look forward to hearing from you or send me to someone else that I can ask questions to?
so the 2 minute chef has a 2 minute and 39 second video that tells you to marinate something overnite and braise it for 3 hours.. hrmm.. this guy sounds shit to me..
I was simply wondering why he was searing meat while it was wet. And flouring while wet seemed odd. I love to cook and am a really good cook...but I appreciate your feedback on my comment.
My apologies Melly1953. I do not remember viewing this video, nor do I remember posting such a rude comment as that. I think maybe I need to change my password.
I think I agree with you as to the searing wet meat. Kind of defeats the purpose.
I usually pat meat dry and let stand a couple hours on counter, or fridge, then dredge and sear, for color and flavor. But other than that this seems like a decent recipe. Cast Iron... my favorite.
Ahm sure them vittles are downright powerfull eatins, But here in these thar parts its illegal to cook the alchomohol out of anything.

Wtf? Why aren't their any SR recipes that don't require marinating over night? I dont have time for that! Im Pretty is right, no garlic?

An easy way to cook them without marinade is to just toss them in the oven covered with your favorite BBQ sauce.

@Melly1953 I agree! He's not doing a real sear- and he's using the flour to compensate for his mistake in method.
