@LMTR14 You do realize that most, if not all songs follow some sort of outline. Most songs it is intro-verse-chorus-verse-choru­s-bridge-verse (maybe)-then another chorus/outro. Listen to any song and this outline will fit most songs. Yes, this song fits that outline and some people would find that boring but this was pretty early in their career. If you listen to any of their music off of their two latest albums, you would realize that they had strayed from the beaten path to create their own.
