It is just a rare and expensive item which is in tom nook's store at least once-three times a year.

Some one whitch does some thing in your town, like giving someone 2 nook stores. There are some bad ones which don't let you go on Wi-Fi or a brick seed which does not let you go on it any more. My naighbor has been seeded then a few weeks after she became a seeder and she seeded my li'l brothers town.
