I remember the days before youtube, before downloading music. I was a kid then and we were really poor, but occasionally my mother would bring home a VHS tape from a garage sale. When I was lucky it would be a film with a beautiful score like this one, and I would rewind and play scenes over and over to hear snippets of the beautiful music. Jeeze it just made me so damn happy, even to hear a couple seconds of music like this. How lucky we are to have such awe inspiring music in our lives

This is one of those pieces that has so much emotion that I just can't put it into words. I can however, tell you that whenever I hear this, I think of freedom, and all of the weight of life being lifted off my shoulders, a beautiful rainy day, and a sunrise, all at the same time. This song brings me peace. :)
