the place was full of dung beetles and they are practically immortal, the camels were walking on them, and they were still alive and kicking

hmmm... pls dont mention cockroaches. i have had enough of them. they live in my toaster for heavens sake!(i swear they do!)
There was an extremely noisy family beside us... they are making pretty much all the noise
