@IExposeMormonism Contrails are made of ice crystals from water in the exhaust and the surrounding air. They vanish because the ice turns back into water vapor. If will vanish faster if the air is dry and/or relatively warm. They can stay for a long time though.
How does atmospheric variability play into contrails? It's a question I ponder often. What are the rates of incoming cosmic dust (which can act as cloud / contrail nuclei) and how much does that vary from month to month, year to year? Additionally how much does volcano soot and soot from coal burning play apart? Vapor trails are causing weather modification. If it inadvertent? Keep looking up. Keep an eye on spaceweatherdotcom as being inside a solar stream = great cloud effects.

These pics appear to be the earliest examples of what ever "chemtrails" are. I can't find anything like this prior to 1944. Jets were just being used in 1944. And mostly German. This pic is in England. Where did all these "jets"come from and go to? Did they drop bombs? I have found contrails back to 1939 but they are nothing like this pic. By looking in old Nat' Geo' and such photographs will show when these trails started. It had to be around 1944. I really doubt Piston engines will do this

Ahh, the history....The Mormons alter history w/o so much as a footnote. It is curious the above photo is used in the additional years of the International Cloud Atlas. I have a video to make on this subject. I bought some 12 Cloud books from 1920-1943. I have found no trails like these but have found contrails in dog fights. So contrails seem to start around 1938 and the above is the earliest example. the movie "Koyaanisqatsi". 1980, has examples of these trails.

Whats unusual is the altitude and number of them. Jets were very few in number and prop planes dont leave a trail like this. So, If jets did these trails it should be easy for someone as knowledgable as yourself to locate the battle involved. This had to be a major battle with German Jets. So it is a significant event. Why dont you research this and see what you can find, you seem very smart.
Maybe it's because contrails and clouds are different things. I'm pretty sure you're not gonna find tire tracks as a classification in a book on geological phenomena, but that's not because they're secretly land chemtrails.
Thats good, I like that! But the contrail as a class does exist but exactly when is uncertain. It is after 1939. I have contrails in prop planes in 1941. Smoke trails from planes over ocean in 1922. I looked at this photo for 1/2 hr and said "If I was military and saw this I would send these planes out first and then fly the good stuff over the top". "Condensation Trails" seem to exist as a word around 1930 something. As a classification, after 1939. Having a prop plane leave a contrail 200 miles long that hangs around all day seems excessive.
The pictures in the 1956-87 atlas' are the same photo. they are ID'd as the same in the books. take at look at my "gorgeous clouds" video. 3 versions, long one is most interesting. I have more books on clouds and still no contrails as a classification thru 1943. but contrails did exist in c. 1940. Its in the plane art I have found
This is most interesting, yet it doesn't really say too much. It's entirely possible for contrails to form from prop aircraft and did from B-17s over Germany. Also, there is a question of time and scale. How old are these trails and how big are they? Are the minutes old or hours old? Are they meters across the diameter or are they kilometers across. These factors matter in assigning the status of persistence in a contrail.
These are miles long, exactly how many I am not sure but more than 10. The text I read indicates the wide one is over 1/2 hour. I posted some International Cloud Classification books and prior to 1938 no contrail class exists. contrails do exist in 1940, I post that as well, in the form of dog fights painted in 1940.
. I do know that this artificial cloud cover has got to have some effect on the weather. just like the cover of a green house. Why should the aviation Industry get to create artificial cloud banks that cover the sky as far as the eye can see?

Also, it's not only jet engines that leave trails. If a prop plane is within the right conditions, a contrail will form based on the amount of moisture in the air used for combustion.

I just got 3 from the 1940-43. one is Meteorology for pilots, 1943,, Cloud study for Royal Met' Society, 1959, and such. I hope to have them on utube "soon" None mention "contrails" So the Class as Contrails seems to come about sometime after 1940. I want to know when the class started.. I have some more International Cloud Classification books coming. International is a real word, so the words inside should mean something. I show numerous classification theories from 1938 and earlier. So, 1939,-to 1944 is a date. and i want to see a photo of anything remotely like these from a gas engine. even a 2 stroke! "Memphis Belle 1944" video is a contrail and not close to this pic.
There are MANY photos from WW2 showing all kinds of contrails. All it takes is a little research.
I have MANY photos from ALL THROUGH WW2, in MANY books, showing contrails from single engine fighters.
I know you're not familiar with aviation engines. Go to your local airport. Talk with some pilots and technicians. If they don't start laughing their asses off, they'll be glad to explain things to you, one on one. Depending where you are, I could probably even help you connect with someone.

There is research being conducted to ascertain the impact of more contrails, upon the planet's climatology. @IExposeMormonism Contrails are made of ice crystals from water in the exhaust and the surrounding air. They vanish because the ice turns back into water vapor. If will vanish faster if the air is dry and/or relatively warm. They can stay for a long time though.

How does atmospheric variability play into contrails? It's a question I ponder often. What are the rates of incoming cosmic dust (which can act as cloud / contrail nuclei) and how much does that vary from month to month, year to year? Additionally how much does volcano soot and soot from coal burning play apart? Vapor trails are causing weather modification. If it inadvertent? Keep looking up. Keep an eye on spaceweatherdotcom as being inside a solar stream = great cloud effects.

These pics appear to be the earliest examples of what ever "chemtrails" are. I can't find anything like this prior to 1944. Jets were just being used in 1944. And mostly German. This pic is in England. Where did all these "jets"come from and go to? Did they drop bombs? I have found contrails back to 1939 but they are nothing like this pic. By looking in old Nat' Geo' and such photographs will show when these trails started. It had to be around 1944. I really doubt Piston engines will do this

Ahh, the history....The Mormons alter history w/o so much as a footnote. It is curious the above photo is used in the additional years of the International Cloud Atlas. I have a video to make on this subject. I bought some 12 Cloud books from 1920-1943. I have found no trails like these but have found contrails in dog fights. So contrails seem to start around 1938 and the above is the earliest example. the movie "Koyaanisqatsi". 1980, has examples of these trails.

And Chemtrails, when ever they occurred can be found in national geographic and other mags. My movie maker isnt working but I have a movie showing that trails like those shown here are classified as contrails somewhere around 1943. I found art to c. 1942 for what we would agree are contrails. But this smeared sky in 1944 really surprised me and still does

Totally crazy! I don't remember seeing any chemtrails when I was a kid. I remember following the contrails to see the plane. Now, there are mostly chemtrails, that spread into clouds, and the plane is gone a long time ago. I watch all the time now, and just yesterday and they were overlapping at almost the same time. I am in N MN.

bigc, as u can c, these existed in this form in 1944. But I am sure this did not persist over time. Out here we have 1/4 =/-as many as last year..It is very noticeable in the absence. Type in "Koyaanisqatsi". A movie. It shows these trails in c. 1980. Try my "Gorgeous cloud patterns" video from april. very odd. I don't know why they do it, why so many last year and so few now but its not the sky, its "them".

Whats unusual is the altitude and number of them. Jets were very few in number and prop planes dont leave a trail like this. So, If jets did these trails it should be easy for someone as knowledgable as yourself to locate the battle involved. This had to be a major battle with German Jets. So it is a significant event. Why dont you research this and see what you can find, you seem very smart.

Thats good, I like that! But the contrail as a class does exist but exactly when is uncertain. It is after 1939. I have contrails in prop planes in 1941. Smoke trails from planes over ocean in 1922. I looked at this photo for 1/2 hr and said "If I was military and saw this I would send these planes out first and then fly the good stuff over the top". But of course I am just paranoid and not military......

"Condensation Trails" seem to exist as a word around 1930 something. As a classification, after 1939. Having a prop plane leave a contrail 200 miles long that hangs around all day seems excessive.

The pictures in the 1956-87 atlas' are the same photo. they are ID'd as the same in the books. take at look at my "gorgeous clouds" video. 3 versions, long one is most interesting. I have more books on clouds and still no contrails as a classification thru 1943. but contrails did exist in c. 1940. Its in the plane art I have found

This is most interesting, yet it doesn't really say too much. It's entirely possible for contrails to form from prop aircraft and did from B-17s over Germany. Also, there is a question of time and scale. How old are these trails and how big are they? Are the minutes old or hours old? Are they meters across the diameter or are they kilometers across. These factors matter in assigning the status of persistence in a contrail.

These are miles long, exactly how many I am not sure but more than 10. The text I read indicates the wide one is over 1/2 hour. I posted some International Cloud Classification books and prior to 1938 no contrail class exists. contrails do exist in 1940, I post that as well, in the form of dog fights painted in 1940.

I have seen the video, the Germans are good at it. Mercedes has their own plane they fly over their huge property testing grounds and they spray it to change the weather near them. This was described in detail on a Speed TV show. Saw it on youtube also. Its obvious this can be done. And is being done. The shilloids claim all of this is normal and its not. Also, it's not only jet engines that leave trails. If a prop plane is within the right conditions, a contrail will form based on the amount of moisture in the air used for combustion.

chloro, I decided the best way to find the truth is in books. I get them off ebay. International Cloud atlas, etc.. I just got 3 from the 1940-43. one is Meteorology for pilots, 1943,, Cloud study for Royal Met' Society, 1959, and such. I hope to have them on utube "soon" None mention "contrails" So the Class as Contrails seems to come about sometime after 1940. I want to know when the class started.. Contrails from 1942+/- do exist, fighter planes did sometimes leave them.

I have some more International Cloud Classification books coming. International is a real word, so the words inside should mean something. I show numerous classification theories from 1938 and earlier. So, 1939,-to 1944 is a date. and i want to see a photo of anything remotely like these from a gas engine. even a 2 stroke! "Memphis Belle 1944" video is a contrail and not close to this pic.

There are MANY photos from WW2 showing all kinds of contrails. All it takes is a little research.
I have MANY photos from ALL THROUGH WW2, in MANY books, showing contrails from single engine fighters.
I know you're not familiar with aviation engines. Go to your local airport. Talk with some pilots and technicians. If they don't start laughing their asses off, they'll be glad to explain things to you, one on one. Depending where you are, I could probably even help you connect with someone.

Air travel is predicted to triple by 2040.
I can state with certainty that there is nothing nefarious going on, regarding contrails. However, contrails do, at times, become to pervasive that we switch from VFR to IFR due to limited visibility. There is research being conducted to ascertain the impact of more contrails, upon the planet's climatology. The results are not in, yet, but I'd bet money that we'll be working to reduce contrail formation at some point.

you must have posted this to someone else like TSF? I think something is up. with no "contrail" class prior to 1938 that narrows the search to post 1939. I want to see a gas engine make a 100 mile long contrail that last all day. then i want an explanation for what all these jets are doing. it represents a lot of energy and contrails is too simple an explanation

Hate to tell you, but the people who are into the 9/11 conspiracies...are the same ones, by and large, who buy this chemtrail nonsense.
Don't believe me? Go look at a bunch of sites that these chemtrailers have. THey all believe in all these silly conspiracy theories.
