Thanks for the focus on the keyboard. The old keyboard was a NIGHTMARE for me since I have big hands/fingers. I had to use my fingernails to type so I wouldn't hit more than one key. It's good to know that's been fixed.

Hold The end key and the power key and it will ask if you want to delete all of your information when you say yes it will take about 5 minutes to restart your phone but it will be like it was fresh out of the box

Microsoft makes operating systems, not "windows". Windows is the product. Ofcourse it runs windows mobile like all advanced phones by htc and its predessor touch pro too. Custom os are never very advanced and htc doesn't have a single phone with its own os.

Yes that was a typo. i meat Microsoft and Windows is their Operating System Kernel. Windows Mobile being the portable version of that. And Windows Mobile is not the only mobile OS out there. there is Android and of course the iPhone OS. I'm sorry I didn't study the history of HTC before commenting. At the time android is hardly gaining any foot in the market, and its not really ment for high end phones such as this. Its nowear near as advanced as windows mobile.
