it's self-rising flour and i assume you can find it in the supermarket, next to the plain flour. if you can't find that, you can use plain flour with baking powder, works in every recipe. but i think you should be able to find it where you live. georgia, the country??

@THERANDOMNESS84 milk chocolate never works as well in cakes as dark chocolate. fair enough if you dont like dark chocolate on its own, but when it is mixed in with other ingredients in cakes and puddings it isnt bitter, its just perfect. if you use milk chocolate its nowhere near as chocolate-y in cakes.

How do I make sure I don't get Chocolate from Kenya, Nigeria or other regions which use leaded gasoline? Chocolate tends to have a great ability to absorb lead in the air and this leads to most chocolate these days from those regions being rather contaminated.
