  • You can't really expect to get thinner that easy. It takes time and effort. Try running outside, and time yourself how long it takes to do a "lap". People may look at you funny, but it'll be worth it in the long run (no pun intended).

  • i rode a little over 40 miles one day and i my legs weren't aching from all the pedaling uphill and stuff, it was my butt that was giving me all the pain and i couldn't sit for a very long time after that, it sucks having a skinny butt :(

  • I suggest cardio over weight lifting if you're looking to lose weight and see quicker results. I've lost 60 lbs recently and now it's time for me to tone up and lift. Don't get me wrong, lifting weights will build muscle, which will replace fat, but cardio will give u quicker results.

  • you should try to do 30 leg lifts and 30 crunches a day it will help you abs pull the skin and fat in closer to your body at a rapid pace and as for your arms if you do assisted pull ups it will help you arms and back also try to eat 6 to 8 small meals a day with three servings no bigger than your palm i was at 370 and when down to 330 in one month but i was every strict and had help from my friend who is a personal trainer ant golds gym good luck and keep it going sincerely hate love 

  • Wings, make sure to keep the games shorter if you're going to only do one curl. Play FFAs, not Domination. You don't want to give your muscles that much time to recuperate, which is why bodybuilders usually only have 15-45 seconds of rest between sets. Also, throw in some squats, crunches, and pushups.

  • Singularity was one of those under the radar games that was really, really good. I played it and beat it in 2 days, doing as much in the game as possible. I wanted to play it again but I just never got the time to get around to doing it.

  • Hey Wings, you can also just play standing up instead of sitting down. Standing up burns more calories than sitting and well it's a very simple way to burn calories. Then if you add the curls per death, I honestly think that you'll start losing weight fast.

  • @IVIax94 Wrong. If you know anything about weight lifting it doesnt actually matter how long you rest between sets as long as youre still warm and not tired.

  • @ViFeXHD Wrong. If you know anything about biology and how muscle tissue works, you'd know that more intense (shorter period of time) exercises break down muscle tissue more. That's why cardio doesn't burn as many calories as things like sprints. High intensity workouts are more effective. I can also tell you that from personal experience. I was 18% bodyfat, doing cardio and high rep weightlifting with long breaks. Going nowhere. Changed it up, now I'm 8% and 15 lbs heavier. Short rests work.

Or go to the bodybuilding(dot)com forum to get some great advice from people who know what they are doing. I recently lost 60 pounds in 3 months and all i did was cardio weight traning and healthy eating. Fuck a trainer :)

  • If you find your trips to MUCS cost so much, maybe you should consider getting a more fuel efficient car, if you can't fit into something smaller than an SUV maybe at least look into a hybrid? They may be more expensive but over the long run you will save. And perhaps bring a prepacked lunch of sandwiches instead of getting food there, that will save money plus it would be healthier then fast food
