Bottom line is the interest is due to the take home salary.

If we do a small industry survey and see if people are happy with their jobs the predictive answer will be no. The work ethics and other things are more systematic in US there are certain industries or managements that were able to adapt the same. I would love the Hotel Industry to do so.

You can do the math’s 3 yeas course cost of Rs.60,000 + then comes the overheads and the headache of learning. First take home salary of Rs. 5,000 (I am being generous) how much time will it take to recover the same if u get a increment of 10% yearly??? This is with respect to the hotel industry where there are no proper shifts and be ready to say your family and friends good buy. Wonder how many people would sign up for this after the see what goes behind in the back area.
