At 4:07 is the first for the $50,000 Pyramid, done April 3,1981 according to Wikipedia, only Anita Gillette later doing this for the $50,000 Pyramid (that video is also on YouTube).
Technically the sassy woman at the top of the clip should not have won since she did not say "west" or "western" unless they felt it was so close. . .
That clip from Bill Cullen's $25,000 Pyramid is in great condition! Thanks so much for sharing with us. I have not seen much of Bill's version anywhere. This was another game Soupy was well suited for and of course it was taped in New York City. Great stuff.
besides "Price is Right", there was no better show than "Pyramid" in all its incarnations. Dick Clark could "phone it in" he was so good at it.

They should bring this show back.

@fkd1963 She said THINGS A COWBOY SAYS -- you'd have to be a bastard judge to not say that's close enough.

Is that COnstance McCashin(contestant on the Cullen version in 1974) coming up to the WC on the second $10K win? Looks like her/

That's June Lockhart. :-)

That $50,000 win was almost like a $100,000 win! All that was missing were the wiggling trilons... :-)

Who's the other celebrity appearing in the Cullen clips with Soupy?

Judging from the 1st clip, this must be an opening to one of the shows with Soupy in the flashback clip.
