@ Heiber. Have you ridden both? the crossplane 09/2010 R1s are phenomenal, amazing low end and midrange, which gives it an early lead on the other litre bikes. Ive ridden many cbr1000's, and have spent a bit of time on a 2010 R1. Ive not seen a live, and properly timed race of both bikes with equally skilled riders, but the R1 was produced with less HP on purpose.
