In the chorus, also called part B, you have a mistake.

You say it should go (in chords) as - B flat to G minor and then B flat to F and E flat.

If you would listen to Adam Young's version, all part B goes by THIS way:

E flat to F and then G minor (which contains B bemol-flat).

It goes in a moderate pace through whole part B.
