The saddest part about this is that (even though Kerry just did a joke flub) unfortunately, it's semi-true anyway.. The majority of people dying in Iraq -- on the front lines - are NOT those that went to college or had their daddy get them out of the war. It's people that have been recruited into the war by desperate recruiters looking to meet quotas that are FAR below where they need to be to win this unwinnable war.

Neither of the jokes got anybody killed. But the attitude of the far left in this country is truly hostile to the military. Just look at how the Clintons treated them. The liberal elite in this country think anybody who goes into the military went out of necessity because they weren't qualified for anything else. In most countries, military is being used to ensure home country security. In U.S, military is being used as leverage for financial profit. War is the biggest export product that U.S. has to offer, and Bush is an excellent choise to improve Americas economy. -And btw. nearly 3000 dead American soldiers are nothing compared to over 300 000 killed Iraqi civilians. Bush had a memo in his hand just a few weeks before 9/11 stating who and how the attack would be carried out.It was in Condoleeza Rices testimony before the commission.After swearing to the country he would go after the perpertrators of this deed. Its more like an invasion for oil, but they call it a war. Who are we fighting? Lots of Iraqis and a few foreigners. The real "war" is between sunni and shia, and kerry was right. Bush didnt do his homework about what would happen if you take power from the sunni and give it to the shia. He should have asked his dad, who cut and ran.

if you factor in grade inflation, it was virtually the same GPA. also, bush tried to get into a law school and failed. kerry became a lawyer and served in vietnam, etc. W learned to fly obsolete airplanes in the national guard and went AWOL. however, its important to disregard reality if youre going to support bush. long live the king!

There will be minimal loss of life and less divisiveness both here and there. And while we're at it, can we please try to remember that we're supposed to be fighting terrorism.
