I find it easier to use the tip of the hook instead of the end of it, just a tip if anyone is having any trouble; this video was also very helpful, thank you.
In one of your videos u spoke of choosing a side of the square that looks best, when using this method to connect them should the seam that is raised be on the "good" side? Am I making any sense? Thanks!
I found all your granny square videos very helpful... been stuck and FINALLY know how to connect them. I definitely appreciate the shorter videos.. I have NO time to sit through hours of this.. best to do a few at a time, thanks!
Thank you for the tutorials. I appreciate that you explain what to do in normal "people terms" and not expert "crochet terms", since I'm a beginner. I'm currently working on my first granny square blanket. Thanks!

I think I am dumber, stop making videos if you cant be clear and join all of your videos together, I wanted a quick and easy way to join a braided rug together, and all I found was a slip stitch? comeon ! rename and reshoot or edit your videos !
Also Susan, there was a poll done on the video joining... the majority ruled that they should be separated because most people don't have the time to sit through 1 video... least they take a note where they left off and come back to it another time. That's what people wanted, so that's what I am doing... It doesn't suit everyone I realize.
Finally, if you would like me to block you as a user from viewing my videos, it would stop my name from popping up during your crochet help video searches... this way one of the 1000+ videos will not appear to making more other videos pop up for you.
Thanks I found option 1 and 2. I like option 1. I forgot how to join the corners and was getting a dippy look. I was going into the stitch of the corner instead of the centre space. I love those wild colours. Do you have a video on that pattern? Or is it a plain granny square. Were the colours variegated or did you join the colours? Hope you can answer. Your work is perfect and so neat. I love it.
that was absolutely amazing! i wouldn't have picked those bright colors, but except for that it as stunning. i hope mine comes out just as nice. it looked a bit complicated at the beginning, but i got the hang of it pretty quickly. keep up with the good work!

Haha I dunno, I thought this video was pretty clear to me =P I kinda like them being separated like this.
Thanks for making this! I think I'm making joining harder than it really is!

I am fine either way.

An easier way is to use the large plastic needles. It can get thru the tight stitches faster.
