@brody12380 - Do some research, dumbass. Birds (in general) have the worst olfactory sensors of just about any animal - which means they can't smell things.

Touching birds does NOT mean the mother will reject them.

@desertdarlene - I'm sure they were fine...The roof had a parapit wall, so they couldn't just 'fall off'.

Sometimes, if there's a parapet on all sides the chicks will starve on the roof. But, if you didn't find the "bodies" up there, then they probably found a way off.
