he's very much welcome in Toronto, here's hoping he can relive some of these moments in blue and white!! Great video, should look great with Kessel on his wing (though in most of these highlights, doesn't look like he even needs wingers lol)
Welcome to Tdot TIm! Hope to see many more of this, sickkkk hands, sick playmakin ability, lets hope ya can stay healthy!! Whoever made the video, thanks, ur about to get a million more views :P lollll.
@AshburnFilmWorks yeah true it is a shame he was such a gifted talented player. Btw are you from buffalo i see you have a bunch of sabres stuff on your channel
People always rag on Tim for not being the strongest guy in the corners. We'll leave that for Gaustad, et al. What Connolly brings is a highly-skilled powerplay and PK specialist who makes some of the best passes on the team.
FYI to everyone, I do have some better footage for this video and I will be making a re-cut. Possibly a "goodbye" video for Tim, because it looks like his time is over in Buffalo after this season. :(
I am currently wrapping up production on a movie I made, so the updated Connolly video will have to wait a little while.
I know man, it's a damn shame and a perfect example of what is wrong with the sport itself. You've got these talented guys, these athletes who took the time to develop their skills and reach the NHL. The fans love seeing them make beautiful plays; it's good for the sport.
And then you've got these goon-type players who play every game to dish out career-ending hits on skilled players. It's sickening. Connolly's career was destroyed by goons. He's gone next season for sure.
Haha, thanks! That's what I was going for. It was a lot of work gathering all that footage and most of it was crap quality. I did the best I could with what I had.
I just wish I worked for the Sabres and got to use the high quality footage. Oh well.
wooooh hes a lot better than i thought.

I know, that might be one of the greatest goals in NHL history, or at least playoff history.
Myself, I'm a bit partial to the one from 1:18 to 1:34. The puck control, plus the crowd reaction makes that one something special.

Not only is this the best Tim Connolly and Buffalo Sabres video I've ever seen... it's also the best HOCKEY highlight reel on YouTube!!!
Instant favorite, 5 stars.
