well, I have caps of the gh promo and made a thing in paint shop with them right up next to pics of diego, it's clearly him. plus, when Kristina saw the TMK unmasked she screamed and went into that same state that she was in when she saw Sam shoot Diego. Yeah, when they kill someone off to where they CAN come back they never do, but the ones that are obviously dead usually do... Only thing I can think of is maybe Lorenzo knew he wasn't dead and helped him fake his death. And if you look at Babe on AMC (Dunno if you watch that one), But Josh and some of the others did something to lower her heart rate or whatever they did so it wasn't detected.
