  • What's the point of sending her to prison? Compulsory therapy and support group should be ok in this case. Art therapy, animal therapy, but prison seems to be too harsh and stupid.

  • Is not fair that she can't apply for freedom until 2016 . It says that at the end

  • The guy was a sick fuck and deserved what he got, that was her only out and sooner or later he would have killed her and her kids you could see it in his twisted fucking face. How come we always have to wait until a man kills an entire family in order to do something? I support her

  • I can't even count how many times I've seen this. Its so sad... its the only movie that's ever given me nightmares.

  • not even joking, i'm 18 years old and i think i might apply as a prison guard wherever she is imprisoned now, whoever is with me I'm gonna free this lovely woman who deserves pardon more than anyone i've ever known

  • The dispatcher sounds snooty and bitchy to be honest. shes like talking down to her.

  • This is so, so scary :( Even more so because right now there are thousands of women out there being abused with children ect. And so little is done to protect them :(

My own mother was one of them. My brother and i were beaten as children also.

  • Honestly, so any people "feel sorry" for her. But the fact is people pretty much ignore domestic abuse or this wouldn't have happened. I dare say people are hypocrites. That's why it is imperative to take matters into your own hands when the cops fail to do anything. I would do the same.

  • Wendy (The woman) is my friends aunt, and Paul the brother of Aaron was my ex stepdads friend who helped us build our house. I just found out about the relation recently, and the shit that Aaron did was fucked up. Wendy needs to be released.

  • Poor deer!

  • u fix that bitch's teeth and she'd be respectable

  • today is Randy's release

  • @britarthc oh really? that is great but she shouldnt have had been put in prison like that. She was defending herself.

  • You can see so much fear on her face. She never should have been jailed.

  • I don't think a lot of you understand how many women go through this same situation every day. More than you can imagine. The amount of women that are incarcerated that have been physically, sexually and emotionally abused by their family or a significant other is 9 out of 10 (at least in NY I believe). It's crazy what some of these women go through and in the end they are serving the time.

  • i hate oregon sometimes

  • Ugh, when he does that to the deer I have to look away. Fucking bastard.

  • wow this was just.. wow... what this family went through and continues to go through because of this man who continues to torture them from even beyond the grave is just unbelievable. they say that bad things happen to good people but what i've just seen here proves that saying to be a major MAJOR understatement to say the least. it's just horrible to think that someone would put people they say "i love you" to through such a nightmare. my heart goes out to this family for the pain they go thru.

  • That man punting the head of a dead fawn and licking the blood is beyond probable cause to stomp that freak into the pavement let alone torturing his wife and child, this is clearly a man who needed his jaw crushed repeatedly and to be castrated just for him to learn a lesson, a lesson that would've saved his family from a lifetime of agony.

  • @IceXMan87 Word man

  • What was she doing in that last clip? Heating up glass?

  • @Mayokitty7 She's making a hand-blown glass sculpture. You can make beautiful chandeliers, vases, sculptures, etc. out of hand-blown glass.

  • Too bad the guy was asleep when they finished him off... life is so unfair sometimes.

  • Wendy is what a real hero looks like.

  • i dont consider what she did murder of her husband more like execution. he deserved it

  • so hard seeing all these hatefull comments about my friend Aaron..I used to work making glass pipes with him about ten years ago...and I knew then that something was wrong with the relationship..but I never thought it was that bad...to me aaron was a good friend who I smoked many bowls with and played guitar with...so the whole youtube mob mentality thing is harsh...but part of me understands, i guess..

  • @etabone1 Just goes to show, even you were evaded by a psychopath, how does that make you feel? I can point a psychopath out in minutes, those fake bastards.

  • @ThatScrubKid tricked I suppose.

  • @etabone1 Trade places with Wendy.

  • @etabone1 whaaaat? didn't you watch the documentary? no feelings for Wendy or the kids? you just feel bad that people are writing bad hateful things about aaron? what kind of human are you?

  • Set Her Free! :( Pshycho Basterd needed to DIE! 1:45 : 1st sign of a psycho. Cultavate a red headed person? Really? SET HER FUCKIN FREE.

  • set her free her husband deserved it ... I would've killed him too with a straight razor .. fuck that nigga .. anyone who beats on a women should get beat on too ..

  • Are you ever ignorant to reality! Domestic abuse is low on the ladder when it comes to law enforcement and police response is pathetic. Abusers that do get arrested get out on bail within hours and beat the crap out of the victim again, often threatening to hurt kids, pets and other family members. Leaving an abuser is one of the most dangerous things a woman can do. So if the laws are so weak they don't help, law of nature steps in which is doing whatevers necessary to survive.

  • @watchtheduck1 That was the most brilliant thing anyone's ever said about domestic abuse. Ever.

  • In the midwest, killing a medical provider of abortions may soon qualify as justifiable homicide. Yet, this country sends women and children to prison after prolonged assaults on their lives push them beyond their endurance point. Cases like these should be tried and classified as justifiable homicide because while it may seem strange, In this and other similar cases, the dead should be held accountable for the outcome of their demise, not the victims of their prolonged assaults.

  • @SSgtParmer did it ever occur to you that the police department was part of the problem in rural Oregon? They came to her house at the neighbors request and left saying "If she needs help, she'll call us." It's pretty easy to call someone names when you think there is a simple solution. There were multiple channels that failed Wendy Maldonato, including law enforcement.

  • he got what he deserved :-) anyone who thinks different is a pathetic excuse for a human being... praying for nothing but the best for the family.

  • this is my friends brother...

  • people get off being found guilty for murder by some thinly feasible "insanity"? She acted in self defense. Just because he wasn't coming after her right at that moment doesn't change that. If she had not done what she had done, it seems

  • likely that her and her sons would be dead, and he would be evaluated by a psychologist that roots out some reason for him to be declared mentally incompetent for trial or something, and would never serve for any of the horrors he inflicted on these people that were supposed to be his family.

  • I think we should make some you tube petition and get as many millions of signatures as we can to set her free, Can anyone help who works with you tube or sees this message? man this is just so messed i have to help I'll do whatever i can.

  • @indefinedmystery its been 6 months since you posted, what have you done?

  • @indefinedmystery I know this was like a year ago, so sorry. Youtube is unlikely to take a side in anything political, really. I say political because only the governor can help her now so what we would need to do is get people in Oregon to sign some sort of petition and have it delivered to the governor.

Seriously, nothing less than a full, unconditional governor's pardon is justice.

  • This is real, i live in the same town, and work with one of the younger sons

  • Her psycho, piece of shit husband deserved death a thousand times over.

  • such a beautiful women

  • This was such a sad documentary every time I watch it I cry. My heart breaks for wendy and her boys.

  • damn the bud on the table i need to smoke something now

  • Its not fake! I jus confirmed it by going to the Oregon inmate search webpage and I found both Wendy Sue Maldonado and Randall Todd Maldnado!

  • So sad :(

  • @Godxela18 yeah your pretty much a piece of shit. You

  • fake and gay

  • @Godxela18 Really? You have proof that it's fake?

  • @Godxela18 well I'm glad you think a documentary is homosexual

  • @Godxela18 thats not fake i and she still in prison

  • Women should do what they have to in these situations. Its either her life or his.

  • Thanks for uploading this. Been waiting for this.

Anything that happened to the husband was by every conceivable measure justified. And he brought everything on himself. People like him don't deserve life.
