Also if you watched later in the season, CT didn't even make it to the top of the helicopter rope... While Wes climbed it in about 19 seconds, which was the second fastest time. The bad climbing ultimately led to CT and his partner Adam, losing in the jungle and going home. Still no win for CT in his challenge career...
