@TheFallenangle14 Not sure if you've been answered yet. It's easy. Just take a video editing program, (I've got Windows Movie Maker VISTA), download anime, (I use English Dub Kingdom), and then a song, (I usually use emp3world). Tutorials on YouTube will show you how to use movie maker, and I"ll probably do one in the future. This is hard to explain in 500 characters or less, sorry.

Amvs are not just anime with music laid over it, AMVs are r chopped up to match the song I understand what u mean by the flashing lights but people chop it up to make it sync perfectly with the song not just play the anime n lay music over it, I'm not insulting u or this video I'm just saying ^.^y

Aah I see how that could've been confusing.

What I meant was AMVs are episodes w/ music to it, but they arent JUST episodes w/ music to it. Sometimes they can be chopped up w/ effects, and sometimes they can be like this, actual scenes w/ music applied.
