  • he was talking about the oil before he was interrupted. something about the salt disappearing. is that oil usable?

  • From Chef Avram Wiseman, senior chef instructor at CKCA (Center for Kosher Culinary Arts). "The oil is usable but it is quite salty. It can be used as a seasoning such as on a seaweed salad or a rutabaga salad.

    Several cups are drawn out from a three-4 pound fillet!"
