Jay, you're mixing Federalism with Socialism. America, catagorically, would not exist now were it not for Hamiltons Federalism. Even Jefferson had to concur that Hamiltons foreign policy, via Federalism, was the only way to fight the British Empire. Furthermore, Lincolns Federalism was in direct opposition to the British Empire-funded-Confederacy. Federalism, not Socialism, promotes, protects, funds and supports the entrepreneurial economy far more than cartel-inclined (British) Free-trade.

I thought the young man had a pretty good handle on some of the basic concepts of basic Larouche concepts. If you read the literature, the organization is pro-freedom, pro-human, pro-technology. It is anti-totalitarianism. The group believes in a modicum of central planning oriented along "mission" of science and technology. What you LaRouchies and other cult members have problems accepting is that its not as much of a problem with "the message" (which is an issue) but a problem with the coercion, mind control, recruiting techniques the disconnection from the families.

No, not everyone is a genius. Yeah some of these kids may be immature, to go out and organize without fully grasping LaRouches ideas. And it's tough sometimes. But I have seen the people who have a real understanding in what LaRouche is trying to teach, and I must say, these people are some of the brightest, good spirited, young adults I ever came to meet. I wish LaRouche and his organizations the best of luck.
