@IcedAzn hell yeah bro, i've never had them before until last week. people have told me to just keep going and i'd get over them but ive aggravated them even more to the point of where it hurts to walk. so im taking 2 weeks off from running to let them fully heal and then come back.

If you want to help learn how to pace yourself run a treadmill. A treadmill is a great way to get an idea of how to pace. I use a GPS watch to I can see what pace i'm running at so, at workouts for example, I know if I need to slow down or speed up. Pacing is something that you pick up on as you become a runner.
