It could just need new batteries, the chime or alarm sounding wrong, if it has one of those, is usually one of the first signs that the clock needs new batteries.
Dirt in contact which trigger the chime or just worn. To repair it it's more complicated then just a few lines on youtube. Btw. you shouldn't move the hands with your fingers. Use the knob on the back.
