I believe that's from 1983. Funny thing but you can see the synthesizer and beat progression from 1981 to 1983. That seems to be a period when synthesized Funk was at its peak. Darn good music with so many weird but very pleasing sounds. Creativity seems to have withered after 1983. There were some good music here and there but nothing like the very early 80s.
