i love how mark wahlberg was marky mark back in the day but now he's grown to be a man and call himself mark wahlberg instead of trying to hold on to what was :) very awesome back then and now.
He just ADMITTED, that he has no clue how to portray Max Payne. I mean, c'mon, can a rather good actor (at least I think Wahlberg's doing a pretty decent job, lately) not even play through an 8 hour long action title or at least sit next to some random nerd, running through the levels, guns blazing, while paying attention to the comic strip storyline? It's just such a shame... no dedication to the project. Max Payne could've been an awesome film. At least they got the dark gritty tone right.
@CalamityCain Mark was at first hesitant about playing Max Payne, because it was a film based on a video game. They just gave him an idea about his character. The film was a generic cop flick, plain and simple. Hollywood turns video games into a film without a care for us gamers, just to piss us off. At least Mark doesn't make consistently crappy films.

I enjoyed Wahlberg the most in The Departed. He was so funny just being angry all the time, it was great!
