Annie has the most useless Ulti, together with Soraka. Soraka's Ulti is just useless in any way possible. Annie's Ulti can do some damage... if you're stupid enough to stick around. In games where i fight Annie, i always make her pop her Teddy, then i kite her until her Teddy is faded, or i run straight for Annie and burst her down - killing them both.

Heres my build on her: First item a mana crystal and 2 hp pots, After that i get some boots and catalyst. Once i get extra fed i get rod of ages or if not i start building my banshees. I never get mejias soulstealer or archangel staff since i go pure mana,hp,ap by getting 3 rod of ages :D it works very good since im invincible. At the early start of the game i just harras Squishy champions and use flash stun w ignite. Late game i just beat everyone down with my ult akeing people afraid of me :D.

I find initiating with Tibbers is alot easier than landing your Q. You can hit people on the edge of the AOE to get them stunned without having to flash/ghost to get in range of your Q. Plus it lets you get more damage from Tibbers onto the target earlier.

with "e" and Thornmail.. you can play against ~Yi, Twitch, Teemo, super fast attack speed DPS~

their team seems did not have a quality Tank.. as i had matched up with 2 tank in a game... they had got 100+AR/ MR before getting HP item.. and it was much hard to kill them..late game one of them got even 150+ MR to play against me..
