@o13starsnstripes Depends on the service - each one have diff age limits. The Marine Corps is 28, but then again there are waivers for everything. Or are you asking from the perspective of the type of discharge he received? (well not received, but later modified to). It is my understanding that one can not reenlist or rejoin if they received an OTH. So I would say the answer is no.
